Welcome back Mark,
RCHR didn't quite feel the same without you and Will. Good to hear you had a good time at the Classic. Are you going back next year?? I might persuade the wife into going to one of these events....

I may choose the Pool, I'm not too keen in beer and extracurricular boobage

Mark sounds like you guys had a good time. Must have been cool watching the pro drivers run around the track. See you on Wednesday.

They were running the truck, it uses the same wheels front and rear, quick-change both front and rear. I'll ask, but typically the sales reps have no clue what Kyosho Japan is doing.

I am considering going back next year, but I'm also considering retiring from r/c car racing too, so who knows right now. The boobage was a little disappointing - a state regulation makes them cover their nipple with silver paint

Yeah we had a great time and the pros made a great show going into the third round in all three mains!

Hey folks...longtime racer/basher...RCHR noob.

You might remember MadCow/LED Slash a few weeks back...I am hanging up the glow starters for good and getting back into 2WD trucks/Slash and kicking annoying nitro to the curb. I really had a blast and need a rematch lol to help me build some confidence...

First off...when is the official Slash Bash Spec racing taking place at the track and is the shop DEFINITELY open tonight?

Yeah I am the guy who didn't get the memo about not being open yesterday... I REALLY need to get some laps in tonight before Saturday and need to know someone will be at the shop. I have kids and as you dad's know...they make their own schedule and when i get time I need to make the most of it.

Sorry for the brief rant...thanks Mark for being cool about it...I know it wasn't your call most likely.
I'll be there tonight.

Thanks Brian. It was a lot of fun. I didn't have to tune the motor a lot, and I didn't burn my fingers at all changing my profile. The funny part is the motor in my B44 ran hotter on saturday then the nitro motor in the 8 on sunday.

Nice to see your coming up! I'll be there 4wd has been weak the last few Weds. Not sure if the 1/8 guys are getting their cars ready. Sometimes they will mix 2wd and 4wd together. Which is nice because I will run the 2wd then the 4wd and for the main, which ever one I am having more with....See you tomorrow

Im not going to beat a dead horse but what i said about saturdays race was just my opinion, there was nothing negative said about the facility or the racers in a whole. Clearly i was singling out one driver. As for racing there just being for fun HA, i doubt it , rc racing is a very competitive sport, if it was not, then we would all still be out in the parking lots or our back yards playing with our tyco turbo hoppers!!! Also with the amount of money spent by all of us and the time and effort some of us put into our equipment, i would have to say that this is RACING, not just having fun. RCHR is a great place to race and most of the people there are some of the nicest racers i have raced with over the years. Look foward to seeing you all Saturday.

Well put Steve

That's what keeps some of us coming back, the competition and the constant need to improve your skills.

Imagine if you would, a 25,000 piece Lego Set, and you spend 2 weeks building some mega city out of Legos, after it's done, your little bro comes in and kicks it all to heck, yeah it's just a toy, but I'm pretty sure you would feel, same thing applies to R/C racing...

After the points series, I want to do some fun racing, or maybe even just watch my daughter race for a while...

that sucks, I went to a strip club in delaware and it was the same way. totally a waste. Also I know you won the E main I was just trying to figure out how far the mains went for 4wd. Based on the entries I assume it went to F and you were in the E.
