those are outer elements ONLY.....the inner foam piece included with those is only so they maintain proper proportions in packaging, its NOT an inner element...........and PLEASE stop hating on peoples products for your mistakes.

He is right those are not the right filters for the inner. The inner filter is much wider which is why it didnt work.

that quick the truth comes out. It appears to be the fault of the user. Clean it all up and get the right filter and try again. You might get lucky and still have a usable engine. It sucks (pun intended) but I've had engines suck dirt and get wasted in less then a gallon. $300 later I have a new engine to try it all over again.

Nowhere on the package does it say inner or outer element, nor did the package come with any type of instructions. So armed with absolutely NO information on them, and never having used them before you please tell me how that it USER error?
