I have emailed several times regarding a pack I bought for my crawler, and have yet to get a response. My work schedule is the same as your business hours so its nearly impossible to call you. I ordered a split hump pack for my crawler and got it, put it on the hyperion charger, and it shows no battery. My guess is that its dead. Well, since then (which has been a week or two) ive got bored of the crawler (using lipo packs from my slash) and have sold it on ebay. Is there any way I can send you back the dead crawler pack and be credited towards a lipo stick pack for 1/10th?
Thats basically what I emailed you.

Well for starters who did you e-mail?? Alex? Josh? Jake? Austin? or me? One thing you can do as well is check the voltage at the main plug with a volt meter. Chances are the pack you have has a Deans Ultra on it and sometimes during the soldering process solder flux can seep thru from the back side of the plug. When it dries it's like a wax film on the contacts and can fowl the connection. You'll see this as a no battery error. Simply scrape the insides of the plug with a small screw driver or #11 X-acto blade and then try it. 99% of the time that's all it takes.

Also what's the order number from when you ordered the pack??

If you'd like to send the pack back for an exchange you'll need to contact Alex at the shop. You'll need to call to do this. 1-888-654-4450 8 to 5 Pacific time. Give Alex a shout and he can possibly work something out with you.

people need to learn to use a telephone, there was a reason it was invented.

email is very effective, but not nearly as effective as a telephone when reguarding immediate service granted the service provider has telephone service support, i know some dont.

but if i need assistance, and im waiting days, weeks, months for a reply on email, something would have to be wrong with me.

if i dont hear back within a day, im the phone with the defensive attitude prepared for war if need be.

when i pay for something and it fails, which it has, i want a quick turn around time for a repair/replacement.

i understand things happen, but when you have a good service provider, then things will go well.

and this happened with maxamps. i ordered a 1720mah saddle pack for my exotek rc18t, and upon arrival, the balance tab did not work.

so instead of emailing, i called right away, got an rma number(i think-it was a while back) and sent it in and a week later, i had it back, problem solved.

moral of my little story........PICK UP THE PHONE AND CALL.

I don't know about anyone else...but I ordered some adapters for my Hyperion DuoII I picked up at my LHS and a pack for my Rx. Sent order in the morning, had e-mail shortly after that it's being processed, before the end of the day had another saying it was shipped...then BAM..stuff came the day after that. Now that's a proper transaction.

Will be buying more stuff when needed. Thanks.

FYI: The Hyperion EOS0610iDUOII charger is the $hit! Best piece of RC equipment you can ever have.
