yea you might wanna drop a 14tooth on it, with that 50tooth spur it really gets up and goes with a .21 in it, i have been thinking about trying a 14tooth with my ninja jx to see how it works

1.0 gearing if anything...the 50T Will hurt you big time running a .28.

i would say 14/48 or even 13/48 if you still need some snap outta the corners.

I would try a 14/50 or even a 15/50. A .28 has a lot of power. If you are on a smaller track that is more technical then you might want to go with a .21.

guys i just got the 2.0 and i have a quick question...

are there any problems with it like the 2.0 buggy? mainly with the shock tower or anything?

ill post some pics but i gotta run to the store tommrow to get more paint i forgot some. I cant wait to race it. i had to drop my .21 grp in it because my os is gettin a new rod sleeve and piston and i wont have it ready by the nitro challenge next week.

I used to run 14/47 with my OS28. it has so much low end power that this was the only way to keep the thing from lighting up all 4 wheels out of every corner. plus i also found that the OS28 doesnt rev very hard and this gearing helped me keep up down the straights

Check all your screws. Check the shock ends. Aluminum 2.0 servo saver top. Aluminum servo horn.

I think that you guys should check the servo saver and see how far it moves before the spring coil binds and then you will see that it needs to be loosened up some and you will stop breaking the servo saver top

mine almost touches the chassie

I did the same thing, backed the adjustment screw all the way down to the chassis and then up 2 turns.

i do all that. but i never have had issues with the servo saver top. if i have issues ill upgrade that. i already have the servo horn, i just brought it from the 1.0

it kinda pissed me off tho. out of the box the back right shock rod was out of the shock end.
