They showed CAD images of the new Truggy at the Toy Fair. I would guess a new MRX would be before the TC since this is a World's year for 1/8th onroad. I think I said this same thing in a different thread.

2003 was also a worlds year yet the 4 came afterwards. The TC is older and losing market share quickly to Xray and Kyosho. Just from a business stand point, I would go with the TC next.

There is NOTHING wrong with the Mrx4X! I see no reason 2 change it at this point. If u look at the winternats, u'll see that the car is doing very well. The car can win at each and every level. I'm happy very happy with my car!

Agreed, but all the former Serpent drivers are used to a new car every year.

I have that chassis from rc mushroom and it's still brand new. It's 6mm chassis ....... it's way too thick. I was newbee back then, so I ordered the thickest one ..... now as my driving improve, I don't dare to use it. I think it makes car understeering alot ( more prone to crashes ).

I suggest to go back to 5mm original mugen chassis like francis said.

If you want cheap, I think 3racing has 5mm version too.

So, how's about that Winternats setup? Did Burch and Swauger run similar setups? Pretty dominate thru qualifying.

Mike and Ralphs cars were extemely fast at winter nats. Even tho they both were running MRX4X and the 909 Protoforms the tire and motor combo were differant. Being that both driving styles are differant it will be curious to see there set ups side by side on paper?

Also remember, these guys are movin a lot faster than any of us, so what feels good to them will most likely turn-in too quickly and abruptly for us.

Harry, Good job at the WinNats.
