Thanks James Nguyen...

was able to open the "settings suggestion manual" but not the zero series manual.

sorry, to put it into novak terminology, but as a stop gap measure, cause im racing in a few hours... is how do you set the throttle and brake for the ESC, cause with the GT7, all you have to do is to press the button upon start up and press the trottle for full gas, and full brake...

printed the setting suggestions already...

... as far as i can discern, to program the esc, i have to press the center key for 4 seconds, then, press it again for full throttle, the the center button again for full brake? did i get it right?

thanks...

-Turn on the speedo.
-Hit the center button.
-Should go into "set".
-Hold center button for 4 seconds or so.
-should say like "nutr", that is the neutral point.
-make sure the radio it at neutral throttle and hit the right button.
-it should now go to "drHP", thats the throttle high point.
-Hold the trigger at full throttle and hit the right button again.
-should now go to "brHP", thats the brake high point.
-Hold the trigger at full brake and hit the right button again.
-now you should be back at "set"
-hit the center button and you should be done and out of the setting mode.

Do you know how to adjust the settings for drive frequency and neutral width and drive power?

Drive power is how much power it initially gives the motor. drive freq is how the power feels. punchy or smooth.
