Hey fellas,
Question: When you two tone, what kind of tape are you using to mask off? Is it the normal painters tape? I've NO skills when it comes to painting, usually just run with a one tone and slap on some logos. For Vintage I'd like to have a couple two tone bodies. The work on this thread is incredible.

Spray your darkest colors first and finish with your light colors, if at all possible. If you have to spray your light colors before your dark then back them with white or silver.

After I cut it I picked out the letters with no center and then put my transfer tape on it ,then peeled it off then flipped it up side down and picked the rest out , then rubbed it firmly on to the tire and peeled the tape off , then sprayed it with the airbrush in light coats of white lacquer paint.

There is another way to "paint" the Goodyear onto the tire. You'd have to get someone to make a rubber stamp for you and then all you'd have to do is apply the paint to the rubber stamp and press it onto the tire. There are many places that will make rubber stamps, but I doubt they would make a Goodyear stamp due to copyright issues.

the way I have it set up in the computer is I can re size it real easy just by expanding it. I will probably do it to all the cars I race .
