ESC/motor on E-Firestorm

Hey wondering if the e-fs' stock ESC/motor can handle a 5000mah 7cell nimh pack?

No info is to be found on the two

I googled the E-Firestorm and one website claims that, yes, you can run 7 cell nimhs or lipo with the stock electronics.
