Default Novarossi engines for 1/8

Hi
I am wondering what the difference is between th 35+21 & 359 MMM in regards to performance. I am choosing a engine for the Australian Nationals Which will be run at Brendale (2006 1/10 Worlds) . Its quite small for 1/8 scale compared to some US tracks. Also a pipe to suit the engine.
Thanks

The engine comes with .6mm total shims under the head. This is good for 16% nitro. With the .6mm of shims = .35mm of actual head clearance. To use 20% nitro, I would increase the clearance to about .45mm, and for 30% I would increase the head to .55mm. This would equate to approximately .8mm of total shims under the head.

Hi. I would choose the MM 35+21 for that. It has more torque than the MM359. The MM Cordoba also has lots of torque, but drinks lots of fuel.

For the pipes I would choose the Novarossi 2015 for a small track. You may want to consider the Sirio 2013 pipe as well. The 2015 will be slightly faster, but drink more fuel than the 2013.

So professionals supplying goods and services to racers should work for free! Do you work for free?
Doing R&D on engine development, and supplying engines that are in demand and used by some of the fastest racers in the world, is a very respectable occupation.

Ok,

Still can't decide between these two:

MM Novarossi 353 Full Ceramic

or

MM RB R3 Full Ceramic

Home track is a large flowing 1/8th scale track, so mid and top end is important.

Also, I have read the 2630 pipe is best suited for the 353, but for the R3 there are two RB pipes (2604 and 2611) - which of these RB pipes would suit the R3 better for my track?

Finally, what is the standard plug that comes with the R3, and does it take Novarossi plugs?

Thanks guys!!!
