I saw you post on the RCH thread. That's a good option. If you live towards Mass. there is a great track up there in Fitchburg - R/C Excitement. If you live more southern end - Long Island Raceway has year in and year out been running - with some of the fastest drivers in the NE.
On-road
360 Raceway on Long Island is building a new following. Enfield in CT has been running forever - great following, some of the best carpet racers in the country coming out of there. That's all I know off the top of my head.

I run on road, I know about Enfield CT it a ride for me.
