For high bite, start with the stock set-up if he still has the manual.

Well, let me see if I can remember everything.

Start with white springs all the way around. He will want some red rears as well if he needs more steering.

Mugen 600 oil all the way around. One hole pistons front, 2 hole in rear.

+2mm droop front, +8 or 9 rear.

Front shocks in the lowest hole, rears one hole up from bottom.

Between 2-3 degrees rear toe in, 1/2 to 1 toe out in front.

I can't remember stock track width, probably around 253 front.

If he can find it (or if the car came with it) it really likes the blade style rear sway bar.

Stock tire sizes were 70f 76 rear but start out a couple mm smaller.

Make sure it has the 26 tooth pulley instead of the 25 unless you run on a REALLY slick track.

If I think of anything else I will post it later.

Oh yeah, if I remember right you can put the MRX-4 steering blocks on the car for a bit more steering. That's the 4 or 4r, not the 4X blocks. You would have to get the spacers to use the 4X blocks.

Also Sean do you think the set up you posted would be good at VORRA? What shore tires would you recomend with that set up on that surface?
