Default Kyosho Inferno ST sport

I checked out the reviews and video clips of this truggie, I was wondering if anyone owns it and if it is a good car to purchase? I'm new to the rc game and just want to know if this car with me learning in time could be able to compete in races? let me know your thoughts. Thanks in advance....

If you want to race, SACK up and spend some money on a real RC.

For the price it's good I bought 1 for my son to see if he will get into racing it handle's very well but there were certan changes I did to the RTR I pulled the stock motor out & put in a sirio CL7B,redid the diff's, he liked it so much that now he is getting the kit version. just did not want to blow a ton of cash just in case he was not feeling it
It is a good way to get in the cheap way just in case you don't decide to race but if you are leaning towards racing they the cheap route will cost you double. best bet is to get the kit or get lucky finding a used 1 for a decent price
