I have several of these engines and i love them. I also have the Factory Tuned versions and these are awesome. I believe the evo 4 has changes to the crank and liner but is still just as smooth to drive. I have a some of the EVO4's on there way so once i have them i will have more info.

I heard that OFNA will no longer be importing Picco to the U.S. The IDM site doesn't show anything. Will someone be picking up Picco for the U.S.?
