Thanks for the offer on the Rev5. Right now, I don't think I want to put that much into getting a new car...especially if I am just trying out the class for the first time. If I do decide to jump in, I'm going to need all the relative tools and accessories for 1/12 also. If I really get into it, then I will look for a better car. Thanks again though.

PS: I grew up in Wichita. I go back now in the summer and it feels like I gained 50 pounds from the heat/humidity!

hey fellas, i have heard some talk of running the same layout each week for the club races. this would do two things, make the setup and tear down quicker, and make competition better, as we would learn the track.

please post your feelings.

Even though I probably wont run enough to make a difference...I would say keep the same layout...it would also let people know if they (or their setup) are getting better/worse based on lap times, etc.

I vote for the same layout for each race with maybe a change at half season from this point forward. The last track was decent as it was fast for the most part with a few tight corners.

Al dente, would it be very difficult to draw up a few track layouts and post them for voting?

Sounds like a plan to me...Let's get a good layout and run it for a while. The layout we had last time was pretty good.

To whom it may concern-I liked the Lincoln mock layout, in talking with a few other "club" members. I'll draw up a "Vegas" mock layout also, I feel both layouts are technical and very FAAAST. I am so looking forward to showing up/setting-up and just racing See all soon...

Are you talking about the one at the last Invesco race? If so, that looked like a really fast track. You guys were flying down that back straight!
