Is both XP and Ace servos built by Ace and just rebadged for marketing?One of the tracks that I was racing at has the XP DS1313 servos for $67 and I was thinking about picking one up to steer my CEN Matrix TR.

you would be correct the associated servos are merely rebadged ace servos

Yep, they are the same down to the same metal heat sink casing. I have both because my LHS ran out of the ACE versions and I bought the XP1313. Had to pay 10 bucks more for that XP sticker. Funny cuz they didnt bother renaming the servo.

Thanks guys, it looks like whatever one a person could score a better deal on would be the way to go then.The word is that they are a great servo period and the term for the money looks to be used very little when people are talking about them so I can't wait to try one.
