What do people that have run both think of them? I will be running a Novak 17.5 and want to get another esc so I can leave mt GTB wired to my 13.5. Which is bigger, easier to use, better performance?
Thanks

That has been discussed ALOT! But I want to know.. Running a LRP Sphere and a Novak 13.5, does the Novak motor thermal out properly? I have heard stories where it will not thermal out when connected to a LRP, so potentialy you could bake the novak motor..

I RUN BOTH LRP SPHERE TC AND A GTB. THE SPHERE NOW HANDLES MY 3.5 WITH OUT THERMAL PROBLEMS LIKE THE GTB DID. MY GTB HANDLES MY 10.5 AND MY 13.5 WITH EASE, (HOWEVER I AM SWITCHING TO A LRP FOR THAT ONE AS WELL) THE GTB WORKS GREAT WITH THE HIGHER MOTORS (IE 10.5,13.5) BUT I DID NOT LIKE IT WITH MY 3.5. IT IS A GREAT SPEEDO I JUST LIKE THE LRP BETTER AND EASE OF PROGRAMMING.

I have had both and im LRP all the way, now so far Novak motors are the best. I prefer the sphere because it runs cooler, havent had any issues with breaking, had a couple GTB's so south on me, and I like the profiles and adjustments I can make with the LRP better.

Maybe I will purchase a 11.5T motor for 11.5BL/23BR race, but I am not sure which ESC could make better performance for these kind of motors.
Could anybody tell me if i use DSM2 will worthy or not to buy a Novak Spread Spectrum GTB, otherwise a LRP TC Sphere which is meant as the best performance BL ESC on the market, please?
Best regards
