Default GTB drag brake issues...

anyone have problems setting the drag brake? I recently moved my gtb from my T4 to my TC4, redid the onetouch setup for different motor, all normal.....brushless rules btw!... I quickly found I needed some drag brake for the TC. I'm using the default profile (1#), go through the instructions for setting drag... Default was 3, I went up to 6 and saved it....yet out on the track nothing... No drag at all. Zero. Went through the programming again, I know the 6 took cause that is what I saw on the second attempted... 6 flashes. Bumped it up to 7, it saved.. yet still no drag at all...

Am I the only one have this issue? I've had this gtb just cut off on me before 2-3 times for like 2 or 3 seconds then it's fine...not sure why it did that but maybe related and I just got a pos? This is the newer one w/ lipo cutoff. My other gtb is older, no lip cutoff and it's been flawless but I've never changed anything from the stock profile.

Thanks.

1) blue and yellow are on, right?

2) Check your transmitter. It only makes drag brake when it gets a good neutral signal, so if you have your trims off, it won't do it. I have an old M8 and sometimes mine does that, too...so I just give it a tick or two of rear trim to put it towards brake just a touch.

1) Yep.
2), you may be right. I got a new to me but old radio and have most settings at 0/centered.

Thanks!

Not sure if this will help but you may want to try profile 4 on the GTB I think that adds more drag brake from 20% to 40%

Radio adjustment was the fix. I need to tweak a little more on the radio and/or the drag brake, it's on 7 and I need a touch more.

Here's a link to novaks troubleshooting:
