Gave the new Ninja RO1T a real go today...and all I can say is im dissapointed...It's good down low..but up top it struggles... Got a big race meet tomorrow..and I'm seriously considering putting my RO1A back in..

Plus side is - head stays cool as!!

Will be interesting tomorrow too see how it goes..

If it's still got nothing,..might buy the new JP?

What pipe where you running

I noticed that my RO1A had good bottom but lacked the top compared to the Nova's i think I try a short header and see if it improves

how much fuel have you run through it
and i was clocked at 80k with mine.after 1.5L of fuel.
and if the head is really cool do you think its rich.

i think this thing is the fastest thing iv run besides my LL3.
and its faster than a evo3.
a jp ya good motor but just like the LL3,
dont last long at race speed and the $ for one now is nuts

Had the long header on at the start...but put a short header on later in the day... I was running the Fast link pipe... still think my RO1A is faster... will try with the T530 body on tomorrow and see how it goes (that shadow of mine is way to fragile, especially after chris put it in the fence..)haha..

Will let you's know how it goes..

P.S, the head is at 75..however the glow plug reads 100C..so I don't really want to go leaning it any more?

That could be why I haven't seen any pro drivers running them yet. I'm sure there are pro drivers running them, just not the ones i've seen. I do know for a fact that at least a couple Mugen drivers don't run them.
There may be other reasons for that though, I'm just sayin...

Today we only got one run in..before the rain..so the rest of the meet will be tomorrow. In the first race the motor ran like a dog..just had no power..so we have leaned it up quite a bit.. And then come race 2..it felt really good..long run time and lots of power in the 5 min warm up..then the rain started..so tomorrow looks like a good day!

P.S, the bottom end is at 114 degrees celcius..however it is running great like that..and any richer it doesnt run hard..so hopefully 114 is safe..hehe

Yeah kinda the results I was expecting. I'm gonna go back to 20% and stay with Byrons or try out Rocket Science.
