can you tell me why the fuels i have used (coolpower,AT) DID NOT make rust start to apear but yours does. i have cleaned the crank and gone back to using AT and what do you know ! the rust has gone.

however what this guy describes sounds a bit like what we experienced with a certain nitromethane a couple of years ago...ohh and theundertaker , dude we know who you are and mate you are not helping your cause here...with maximum respect...

ps chubber if your prepared to honestly state a problem with a product you really should make you id known at least to the person you are nailing .

Hi Mark,
Just want to say thanks for helping me out with my novarossi S3 that you modified. Before i gave it to you it was worn out and ready for a rebuild. Now since getting it back from you it's like a new engine, if not better and for a fraction of the price. I ran it at the nats yesterday and it ran perfectly in every heat. I had some trouble with it in the final and it kept stalling every time i backed off the throttle but when i got home and looked into the problem it turned out to be the nut for the clutch that screws onto the crank shaft had come loose and the clutch was locked on. So every time i braked it would stall the engine. Needless to say it is locktighted on now.(lerning curve)
After rectifying that problem i took the engine to gosford for a run today and it didn't miss a beat all day. Apart from the nats where i was out of my league as far as driving is conserned, This is the first time i had run the engine on the track since you modified it and running your fuel and i won the final. I was the only person there today that wasn't having engine trouble in the extreame heat and that resulted in the win.
So thank you for helping me out with my engine and spending a couple of hours on friday with me tuning it with me and sorting out the bugs. Now i can start consentrating on my driving insted of how many laps i will do before i flame out.
Thanks heaps mark,
Clint.
