RB Engine Thread

Our RB Matrix R & RW Prototypes arrived today!!!
Please check out the pictures of the Murnan Sirio STI and the RB Matrix RW
The engine looks very fast!!! It looks like a sirio but the crank case is a little different, carb is also a little different from the STI (composite material also), sleeve is the same as the Sirio STI
But the crank is different!!! Its Bi-turbo
, looks like the crank of the C5 and the bore is as big as the Murnan STI!!!

My friend who was there said the same thing happened to a few people including Aigoin. There was a big dropoff after a certain section and if you went down it, you may be sitting there for 40 seconds or more until a turn marshal could get to your car. I don't care what kind of motor you have, all of them will flame out sitting upside down for that long.

If anyone is interested in one of the prototype Matrix .12 engines, send me a PM. I had 2 for the worlds & I will sell one. The one for sale has been run in on Runnertime 16% (Josh Cyrul Method) & has not been driven on the track. Once in a lifetime chance to get a very rare engine. The production engines wont be the same as the Worlds prototype. PM with offers.

Scott TQ'ed with a Xenon R
Scott won the Trophy Dash with a C6 RC
While leading the A when we had a fuel related issue and seized a C6 on lap 26
Jim Adkins and Scott Kimbrow were the only drivers to turn 21 laps in qualifying
Scott's fastest single was a lap 14.2
Too bad about the motor - it was wasted.

I have not run mine in, hopefully this weekend if weather permits. If all goes OK I'll probably have a video of it running.
soc123, what are your thoughts on its performance now that you've used it at the Worlds? Maybe you're not impressed with it seeing that you're selling off one?
