We change conrod after 5L of gas if you are very competitive but the RB conrod can do 10L of gas. As for the bearings, change it after 10L of gas
Hope this helps

RB doesn't have long turbo glow plugs like novarossi, they only come in one size

Oh heck yeah!!! I wonder if it will be cheaper than the Rody V12. If it is and is reliable it sure as hell will be mine!

Is that a “standard” engine from the factory or has it gone through some modifications in someone’s hands..?

Just saw the pics in www.rcinfos.com. I'm sure there will be 2 versions of this engine a Matrix and a Matrix R like their Xenon engine. They will be running 2 prototype engines in the Euro championship race.
Looks like a sirio engine and pipe

How much cheaper?
How does it compare to your v12?
And all the other engines in the market?

Not sure yet. I wont have one until we get to QLD for the worlds. From what I am told it should be around the same price as a standard V.12

From what I've seen of those engines (very very few and low quality photos) are basically Sirios with some personal touches from 'chez' RB. A teardown and some photos of it could be great (this and if you feel comfortable timing it, please post the data too).

Hi Corse-R!
Will get the engines on Wednesday, only 30 made They used a few in the Euros and they sold 20 engines to the fastest to reply distributor. Will post pictures of the engine. It is a beefed up Sirio engine - according to RB they will change the crank case to make it fit to all cars
