This question is for the veterans in the house.

Whiile searching for manufacturers of after market hopup (yes!!! I have exhausted the Tamiya options and need a new fix. LOL) I came across this old article on Belt Transmission for Tamiya M-Chassis made by TECHRACING

Does anyone have any info. on this product ?
Experience using it ?
Is it still available ?(I suspect it has been discontinued)
Pictures, Links, etc,

http://www.findarticles.com/p/articl..._n8807190/pg_2

From what I have read I seems to have been a good fix for the excess wheel spin experienced when using a powerful motor.

This would have been for the old m-chassis cars (m01/m02). These chassis could be turned from front wheel drive to rear.

What m-chassis do you use ?
It's only for M-01/M-02 to become 4WD belt-driven car....
Not worth to buy... since there are so many almost similar product with better handling... Xray, ABC hobby (genetics), Yokomo ....

I'll try to post some pics later....

Anyone use the HPI Civic Body on the M03 chassis? How does it fit? Am particularly interested in the front hood. Is it high enough to fit the front body post without being too high? Can the body be lowered properly? Please advise before I buy a few of these bodies. Thanks
