Man Platinum you have Mangled your Maxx.

On the weekend i got the chance to run on some new 7 cell packs.
I have always been aware that 7 was the way to go, but never got my tail into gear and ran with them until now.

I used to really enjoy Running my Maxx. But now... OMFG it is amazing.
A Warning to every body out there. Do Not Run 7 Cell if you can't afford to change all your packs to 7... Because there is no going back!

It absolutly ROCKS!!!!
It is now time to get soldering.

I finaly got my tail into gear and shot those shocks
Here they are.
If you notice the shock cap is made of two parts, a plastic section and the alloy section, and there is nothing to stop oil leak, Note also that there is the bladder at the top, but nothing else in the way of a washer to stop oil leak at the cap thread either.
I took the base cap off and there is a prety good "O" ring at the bottom.
Also the tension adjusting ring is plastic.
