I love my E-MAXX. We have a total of 2 in our team, but the one that I own is the decked out one. It has all sorts of blue goodies including a roll cage and bulkheads. I also have a pretty amazing movie of it smoking (Which is why it's called Smokey!). If you're looking for information, check out:

Our Movies page also has some pretty cool footage of our E-MAXX's in action.
Hope you guys like it!

haha, yeah. those are awesome, i watched your vids before (when choosing on what electric truck to purchase) and your vids are one of the reasons as to why i had bought my E-Maxx! i will post pics of mine soon. This is my first truck because i have been mostly into tourcing cars for the last 2 years or so, specifically drifting. i really dont know anything about modifying trucks and whatnot, so im looking forward to learning a lot more.
i have 2 spare Titan 550 motors but i am thinking of giong brushless with the HV-Maxx BL setup from novak.. any good?

Those should get you're truck out of the "Fast" bracket and into the "Insane" bracket!
I'm glad our videos actually helped someone make a real decision! You've made my day!
(Unfortunatly I'm going to bed now so you'll have to do it again tomorrow!
)
Integy makes some good stuff for the MAXX. Next hop up I'm going to buy will probably be a set of Integy aluminum shocks with resevoirs. We have to make a lot of parts to get it going again, but when it's all done it should be a Hell of a lot stronger than it was before.

The guy at my local hobby shop has an emaxx which he tricked out I guess. It's got a very nicely painted custom body, and he put a brushless motor in it. I think he's got a novak 10 turn system. It does wheelie in forward and reverse though, and he only runs one motor in it. It's pretty crazy, maybe I can snag some pics of it or something.

Platinum.
I have some advice on the Integy shocks.
DONT!!!!!!!
I got the set without the sump and they are still in the plastic. They are soft and poorly made, and have a smaller Barrel than the stock shocks.
The alloy is cheap and the plastic is cheaper.
I am concidering a set of 3 racing shocks, but not sure at the moment.

wow really? i thought they looked pretty awesome.. stressing the word "looked". haha, the ones you have, are they still new? interested in selling them? hehe. i want to really start working on my e-maxx because so far, all i have modded are my touring cars.

Are you planning on selling them?
I thought they would be good too... if you want to ditch them I would still like to test them. If they don't work that good I'll wrap them up and stick them under the tree for someone else to deal with!

I am in Australia, and rightly can't be bothered doing all the money movment and the like. Not to mention by the time I send em I'll not get return on the cash I have spent on em.
I'll leave em in my bag of tricks for if anything comes up (If I ever build a rock crawler I have some ideas)
I have attached the promo pic of em, and I'll try to remember to post some close up photos, just to keep every one in the know (BTW They were through RCMart.com)(Note Integy is the Us Branding For Topcad) Personaly I think that they do mainly garbage, though they have some items worth paying attention to (There 1/18 T and 1/10 tourer rims are prety good, there Maxx Shocks are crap so are there 18T Shock towers and drag links

integy is topcad? wow.. i just learned something new today, lolz. oh well, i jus took my e-maxx out for a little stroll a little while ago. =] too bad the only "offroad" i have around me is my neighbors patch of dirt... my other neighbors rocky "front lawn". and my other neighbors dead plants. lolz, the last one is somewhat fun tho, they have some brick and rocks laying around which i can go over and jump off of too. they also have those small shrubs which are always fun to plow through or try to get over, hehe.

Hold the Phone on that one. I have just had a good look at the Integy Shock tower at Towerhobbies.com, and it is exactly the same as Hardcore Racings, (I wonder if the Material Quality Matches???) so maybe they rebadge several brands. But if you look at the 18T wheels by Topcad and Integy, they are the same.
But if you notice the "Integy Alloy Suspension Set Blue E/T-Maxx 2.5" has a diferently designed Shock tower in it (The Plot thickens)
Oh, while we are talking about rebadging, Megatech is GPM.
[EDIT]
Integy Shock Tower
