I love my V1RR.

So AMG, you mean u've never seen an aftermarket chassis on a V1R ever really make a real difference?

BTW, doesnt an aftermarket chassis also change the geometry of the suspension? I'm assuming this is not nessacarially a good thing. So should I just stick to the stock V1rr chassis? The Kawahara one looks nice, but maybe its not really worth it?
The only difference that I feel are belt tension changes and weight when changing chassis so far. I've tried the K-Factory and the Integy. I didn't like the K-Factory. Not worth changing out until you tweak your kit stock chassis. Seems like the stock one is prone to bowing after a while, and notice Kyosho sells an optional "special" chassis.

I have the Kyosho "Special" chassis, but they have two. I have the one that is supposed to be the "Special Hard" chassis. Out of the bag, side by side with stock, I was very unimpressed that I could tell no improvement in twist or bend rigidity. Looks Beautiful though.

I think the biggest help you can get for increasing the chassis stiffness is using the Kfactory/Reflex side support-belt tensioner. When I put that sucker on my car went from bendable to rock solid.

I'm gonna try the brace/belt tensioner for the Integy chassis next. Looks nice, but I'm concerned about the weight. However, like you say the chassis is rock solid with it.

As for the electrics, your shiumocher looked good on the track, as for driving the mtx, you may need to play with it more often, but I thought you where gonna sell it

Ah so the wheel fell off twice that day. When will we ever learn?

Shumacher looked good but the XXXS drove better.

Selling MTX-2? I'm selling other stuff too but got no takers.

Play more? Maybe. Too bad the car handles good one weekend and handles like doggy doo another. Maybe its me? Ahahaha.

Uncle Moon is always watching.....lurking in the shadows......Can't say or do anything without him knowing. I feel sorry for his kids.....

Crowd Pleaser? Ehhhh OK.

OK guys every top car is just as good as every other top car. They come out with new ones just to suck us dry, that's all.

i think amgracer is refering to teh fact that te car itself doesnt make a difference as long as its got pivot ball suspension and as long as its tunable.

Is the Kawahara chassis significantly stronger than the stock?
