USGT
There really should be a rule about the headlights/main grill needing to be contrasting to the surrounding paintwork.
The whole crying about bodies thing should've died 5 years ago. We run what works period, this is racing. I see this crap repetitively on every post about a new body coming out...."doesn't look real"....."miss the stratus". It's tired....find something else to beat to death on the interwebs. 💯
While I don't race USGT, I live in the UK, it always seemed from a distance like the idea was a meet in the middle for those that wanted to race but have cars with a reasonably realistic look.
It's also something I've been doing at UK club races where the body rules are a little looser and running this shell in with the TCs

I'd agree there

I run the same body as you and was contemplating running in 21.5 TC with it, so I could run my open 21.5 motor.
How to say this nicely? Hm
let it die. Jeez. Time goes on and the world keeps turning. Midwest carpet guys dictate what the Flordia asphalt guys do? No.
I read opinions here and let it die is my opinion. Start america fwd and lets move on.

Again: The "Rules" allow, as in the page you displayed, the Track director to use their own discretion as they see fit, and to deal with any fallout associated with a permissive decision.
But the rules clearly emphasize that the "spirit" of the class is to have bodies that resemble real GT racing cars.
Almost every "what about this body, is it legal...?" question of a body that isn't on the List, can be answered by "No" or "Ask the Track director"
