During your F1 test on the Thunderdome circuit, which tire did you use? Your circuit is similar to ours with the black carpet and approximately the same size.

This is our's track.

He was running at The Thunderdome getting some laps in for the Cleveland Indoor Champs so he was practicing and work on the setup with the CRC tires on the F1 Those are the required tires for that race.

Default F1 tire

The CRC F1 tire are also the preferred at our track. A few racers have also tried the Hudy F1 tire but they are about 0.4 sec slower per lap.

Exotek makes some really nice f1 tires. I think they are the tires you are required to run in TCS following the rules update

Exotek tires are excellent for use on asphalt but less so for carpet.

Which tires did you run? Myself and a few others have had great results running exotek tires inside. So much the car I used to run would traction roll

The red and double reds for indoor and the yellows for asphalt

Default F1 tire

For the carpet we use the CRC F1 tire with the sidewalls of the front wheels glued. Some people tried the Hudy without glue on the side.

Hudy F1 tires are junk. I prefer Exoteks on carpet. The CRC tires are not bad (and still a control tire at big races like indoor champs).

Exotek Red Front and White rear (EXO2252) are what we run. I tried CRC's and they were not even close. The only time I would want to run anything else is if its a spec tire or foams!
