not sure if it's growing pains or what the issue is, but I just saw the following post on the PR page about someone who didn't get any order confirmation or feedback from Brain when they placed an order:

Regardless that’s pretty crappy.

Brian Mills didn’t take anyone’s money and refuse to give it back. That guy got blocked from the private team FB group after Brian explained to everyone several times that he’s working 20 hour days and replies/shipping will be delayed for days at a time while he gets this next product line ready. The guy who posted got mad about the delay and demanded his money back, then immediately went on other FB groups and started bashing and telling lies that he was refused a refund.

Big things are coming soon from Pro Performance. If you’ve ever used their products, you’d understand the quality you get, and that it’s worth the slight delay. I’ve used a ton of other brands, NOTHING compares on the direct feel you get from his servos, or the smoothness from the ESCs. All ZTW ESCs are NOT created equal.

If that's not an exaggeration, that's incredibly unhealthy and unsustainable.

While I agree with you that it’s not sustainable, it is true. He’s trying to structure responses and shipping with new product designs and there are only 24 hours in a day. These posts have been made on the team page the last several days explaining the delays in response. Most of the guys understand what he’s taking on, and are being patient knowing the size of the task at hand. One didn’t..

I just wanted to make one more post to put that screenshot into perspective. The first screen shot was in the team group. 6 hours ago.. The second was on the PR group after he promised to reach out. Also 6 hours ago, right after Brian spoke to him and removed him from the team driver page. I understand this isn’t the right spot to be posting these things, but when someone claims they’re being scammed, I feel the truth needs to be shown.

Number 1 priority should be shipping out paid orders. Working on the product line should be second to paid orders not the other way around. If you can’t ship orders in a timely manner then your website should say so or don’t take orders.

I get what you’re saying, but this was a sponsored driver that was posting on the team drivers only page. He knew there were going to be delays going in. He was privy to that information, and had seen the amount of things being juggled right now. It wasn’t a retail buy off the main website.

You first have to produce the product BEFORE it can be shipped. Right???

Wow, what a crappy sponsored driver. Sorry, didn’t know. His job should be promoting the brand.

Sponsored but yet paying?????

Sponsored or a paying customer, you expect to get your equipment on time from such a company, not that it needs to come from Aliexpress in about 4 weeks. (or do they?).

The only problem i see is that when asked to "PLEASE send me my money back" the only response if the product hasn't shipped should be "YES absolutely". Afterwards if Brian doesn't want him on the team anymore he has the right to kick him out. But to say your only option is A) Patience or B) Get kicked out.... I have a problem with that.

Either ship the guys things out or refund him his money if you cant ship it out because you're to busy. Its honestly pretty simple and it would have never came to this.... My .02

I couldn't have said it better... 6 days with no shipping confirmation is absurd to me, they have no business accepting team drivers/orders until they are ready to ship products. I have a handful of sponsors myself and every single one of them ships within 24 hours after payment has posted. Only exception is my custom orders for t-shirts and decals which require time to design and even then they don't require payment until the product ships.

There's a major disconnect with how Pro Performance is operating their business, they are NOT following best practices in the industry. All this drama would've been avoided if they refunded the guys money and kicked him off the team, now I have zero interest in supporting this brand due to how this was mishandled.
