Default Charging Help! New to Lipo.

Charging help!
long story, i bought a spektrum s1100 charger because i have an Aarma 1/8 onroad basher to goof off with. With that basher I bought 2 5000mah Spektrum 2s Batteries. Those charge just fine no problems.

Here comes the problem, i decided to get 2 Protech Lihv 2s 6400mah batteries for my TLR 22 5.0. The Spektrum charger is supposed to charge Lihv batteries. I bought the connector that I assumed would work. 5mm barrels +2mm bullet for ballance to the ic3 connector. When I plug the battery into the s1100 charger I get a battery symbol with a question mark. They will not charge.

Thinking there was a compatibility issue, I ordered a different charger, a Protek prodigy 610ez charger and a protec adapter to connect the batteries to the charger, I get the following error "cell connect err"

Last week I was on a tech chat with Amainhobbies.com their tech support sent me out a different brand battery a Tekin 2s 6300mah battery, I get the same error.
I've gone in and set the 610ez to Lihv 2s 6300mah at 6.3A, when I hit start that's when the error occurs, yes I plugged in the balance lead straight into the charger and the balance board that comes with that charger. No luck.

Please help, either I have really bad luck with 3 bad batteries or I've done something wrong, or bought the wrong adapter cables.

Did you put in the balancer plug on the right position? If the balance wire has one red wire then that is not the pin-1 notation.

Pics of what you have plugged into the charger will help us understand the problem better.

I believe Spektrum has proprietary plugs forcing you to buy their batteries to use their charger without a balance harness... if you buy a non Spektrum battery then you need to purchase a balance harness separately.
