in this case I don’t think so. I said previously that guys were use to the “illegal” power and now that its to the proper specs their bottom lip is poked out….lol. In my case I measured my rotor prior to sending it in and once I got it back (team version) I didn’t get the same rotor back. It was NOTICEABLY weaker by a ton. I would expect that motor to be a ton softer with the legal parts and tissue paper rotor. Fit for a 12th scale perhaps but definitely not a sedan motor in this area.

I have the illegal certified motor. It's a good motor, but my Surpass is a bit better. So, if I get a weaker certified motor back, then it will only be good as a paper weight.

guys are still buying these paper weights though. I blew mine out for $50. I wanted a couple of sets of tires🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣
