Default Max Power quadrifoglio or Ielasi Tuned GP9?

Hello, I need some help. I can't t decide which one I go to buy. Indeed I want the fastest engine considering the price.
Which one would you buy? Are the extra bugs for the max worth it?

You want fast and cheap? The new Picco 9 port in combination with the latest MAX pipe and manifold is a true beast.

Really? Ok. Thank you for that. I have ordered a max 351 because I always wanted to have such a max... But will take a look on the monza nine too.
I have already a 7 port monza and this engine is realy good.
Thank you. I will come back with my experiences

The Monza 9 is a totally different engine compared to the 7 port. 2 toplevel guys in the Dutch nationals do run this engine stock from the shop and the MAX pipe with manifold is THE choice for this engine.

Which Max pipe is preferred for the Picco Monza 9 port? I'm new to Picco so I'm not familiar with what works best with them . I am just starting to use Picco engines after going through all the rest of the names out there or I should say were out there.

You will find the 2164 is the newer Max pipe, and the choice by most.

Infact, I think the 2094 is discounted now.

The 2094 is quite a long pipe, it was a pain to install in some brand kits as it would hit the steering arm.

Hey mate,

I dont have much experience with the Ielasi tuned stuff myself, but a lot on OS based engines, hasi etc.
Prior to the world champs i switched to max power quadrifoglios, and I have absolutely nothing bad to say, power is insane, run in like a treat and most importantly reliable!

Personally I cant see myself going back to anything else, You wont be dissapointed with the Max.
I've got both RP9 and 351s and personally prefer the 351s

I have ran the Ielasi GP9R Spec2 and the Max RP9s (ABC version).

For that kind of money, get the Max.

Hey mate, all i know is the difference between the RP9s and the 351s are the crankshaft size. Care to explain why you preferred the 351s? As per my reply above, I have ran the RP9s before, so just wanna know the difference you felt with the 351s.

Thanks.

The 351 seems to have a little more bottom end and punch off the bottom that suits me.
I did do the same laptime with a RP9 and 351 in Japan with is pretty funny,

Both are great engines in my opinion.
