Hey community, It's been a while since I'm facing a perplexing issue with my 3D printer, despite meticulous calibration and using high-quality filament, the printed objects consistently exhibit layer misalignment and inconsistent extrusion. I've checked and leveled the bed, verified the nozzle temperature, and even replaced the nozzle and PTFE tube, but the problem persists. The issue seems to be more pronounced on specific layers, leading to a visibly flawed print. If anyone has experienced similar challenges or can offer insights into troubleshooting layer misalignment and inconsistent extrusion in 3D printing, I would greatly appreciate your expertise. Is your z height good, also what printer and slicer are you using? There are many reasons this can happen, from loose belts, misaligned carriage, etc.

It's your Slicer, I would use a different one if you can. I use the built in one for Solidworks and it works a treat.

There is clearly not enough information to qualify the problem here : no one knows what printer you use, what slicer you use, what filament you use, what temperature, speed, etc... It could be so many things...

The hardest problems to diagnose are mechanical problems. It's similar to tuning a poor handling car. You will chase settings but ends up being a bound joint or bad bearing. If it's manifesting in the same place on different prints, chances are it's a mechanical issue.

Hey silvertriple That's my fault, I was just frustrated when I was writing this, btw I am using TechForge MasterPrint X1 with a filament nanoflex PrecisionPrint and slicer; PrecisionCraft ProSlice. But I have fixed the issue somehow. Thanks every one for your time.
