Which part? Calibration is really a thing with most half decent ESCs. If you mean would they take your money, I wouldn't doubt it.

Wondering if I read the manual. The manual was junk and there was no way to calibrate throttle. That's why I got a refund for it. And speaking like I was throwing away 100's of dollars. But I get it I guess. Some people wouldn't even look and just come on here asking questions. The cheapo esc I got today actually arrived used, but it works, for now. It's names a Fly Color. I'm literally talking $25 ESC's lol. Just a project to see how cheap I can build something.

They were replying to your comment where you explicitly said you were planning to throw it in the trash. That's quite different to getting a refund. They also never said anything about 100's of dollars.

I guess it was too good to be true lol. Worked fine for a minute or two while holding the truck but when I set it down and hit the throttle it beeps and does nothing. If I give it a push it will go until I stop. Maybe the voltage cutoff? Battery is fine and fully charged. Using 2S right now. May turn off voltage protection and see what happens. Or throw in a 3S amd see what happens.

Sounds like cogging. Could be a sensor wire or sensor board issue.

It is a sensorless motor. The esc came from Amazon used. Very disappointing to say the least. They are sending another though. That'll be my last try at a cheapo solution. I'll just run it stock after that and call it a fail lol.

Cheap sensorless systems regularly have that issue, they're best avoided.
