DX8 is listed as 70w total so if you're running both it's 35w max. I don't know how reliable these specs are but that should be at least 3.5a per 2s.

I'm not sure which charger you have but a quick Google returns iSDT K2 Air 35A Smart AC/DC Dual Charger which is 15w per channel not 30 so that sounds about right.

So you will off with a discharge rate of around 5.3A with a full 8.4v 2S pack and increases as voltage decreases.

It's like you didn't read the thread or the post you quoted.
What is the most amps you are able to discharge 2 x 2s lipo's at using the internal discharging?

I’m using the RL Power external discharge resistor bank and all this time I just noticed I’m only able to get 20A discharge rate with 2S LiPO batteries. Discharge is set to Chanel external and 32A (DX6) in the channel settings. Am I missing setting?

Suffice for what? It depends on what you want to do with it. Charging two 2S LiPos with 20A? Yes, it will do that. Same with 30A? No, it won't. Two 4S on 15A? Also no. So what are your requirements?

I'd like to cycle a 2s lipo pack at 30A and power a tyre warmer.

Does cycling at 30A make a huge difference compared to 40 ?

When using the two channels independently, the charger can absorb a total of 90 watts (45 watts x2). The 70-watt limitation is when the charger is used in synchronous mode - both channels bridged into a single channel.
Correct. It's about 90 watts (45 watts per channel). See above.
