Questions?? Swing shaft falling out of place

Hey, I have a Kyosho DBX VE 2.0 rc car. My front left swing shaft sometimes falls out during driving, this is during driving on flat asphalt.
The car is not used much so the shaft should not be worn out yet. Do I need to get a replacement one or is there anyting I can tighten to not make it fall out again.
To get the swing shaft in place again I need to disconnect the steering knuckle from the rest of the car.
Thanks!

Check the outdrives. Check if the rib separating the bearings in the knuckle has collapsed. Also very carefully check for anything bent or missing. Check if there is anything different from the other side.

We used to put a shock o ring in the cup at each end to keep the shaft centered so it stayed in.
