I believe but it was only on 2 models, figured he was getting rid of excess inventory. This time it's on all James buggy tires.

I ask because I have a pair of hard-ass rubber I-Block tires that came with a kit I bought used. Strange feeling rubber, like hard long wear, but wouldn't mind seeing if other tires could be had.
