Default Question about battery connector types

Hello, I was wondering if it is possible to convert my deans (male) connector to a xt60 (female) connector. If so how?

yes but i dont see why the T plug is a 75 amp plug where as a xt 60 is 60 amps. its called cut old plug off 1 wire at a time add headshrink tubing . strip wire tin and pre tin xt 60 now solder it together...

There are a variety of adapters that are basically one head to another available on eBay and Amazon

it’s just one type of head soldered to another with wire in between

I find them useful for temporary connectors

I have EC 3 to deans connectors so my friends’ cars will work with my Deans batteries

i’m certain I will move over to bullets over time, but currently I’m happy with Deans for stupid proofing

make sure you know whether you need a male or female head on either side

usually the male head is coming out of the speed control or car

female is on batteries

Easy, you do need a good solder iron
But since you have no clue maybe better someone else or mayne the LHS should do it for you?
