I would not - I don't think a JST connector will plug into a receiver.
If you want to go pre-fab, buy a servo lead like this https://www.amainhobbies.com/tq-wire...qw2219/p238388
or a servo extension like this and cut the female plug side off. https://www.amainhobbies.com/tq-wire-tripple-black-jr-futaba-servo-extension-225mm-tqw2225/p23838
Honestly, it's not really hard to build up a servo connector like this - not sure if you have the wrong parts or what is going on. I suggest you go to Hansen Hobbies web site, on the home page scroll down to the bottom and watch the video on how to crimp servo wires.

Hey buddy you are using wrong plug, 2 terminal. You should use 3 terminal plug. Just use Red and Black leads. All you are doing to power up your LED's. Either use VCC or 3rd channel on your RX. Channel 1,2,3 & VCC are parallel, once you turn on your ESC, voltage is there. If anything redo that octopus you have there, get rid of the wire nuts. Photo of plug connected to RX.

Study your XMas LED's. Connected in series, one LED out, they all go out. It only use 2 wires, + and -. If you have a module to flash follow instruction on the module.

Chris is well-known in our community as a bully and a jerk. His anti-Black racism has been called out by prominent members of the community. He actually sued a robbery victim for false imprisonment (yes, this makes zero sense). And perhaps most heinously, and for reasons I can't understand, he's desperate to get his hands on the video of an Urbana police officer being murdered. He's actually suing the City of Urbana and the Illinois State Police to get the video. I'm pretty certain the officer's family is not on board with this grotesque effort.
All of this is fully documented here: TruthToTrolls.org
