Probably should remove the Novarossi bit in the thread title as Ielasi have moved over to OS based engines with the latest 12 engine the GP3-R based on the new OS T1204 engine and will be available from November 2020!

Does anybody know what the stock carburetor settings are for this engine? Or does anybody have a manual PDF. I have this engine and it’s great! But, I had a fuel leak on the top end needle and tightened it up and it broke off. So I started taking it apart just to save some extra parts, but ended up putting a new top end needle valve housing on it and I’m sure I screwed up all the settings!

Thank you!

Unfortunately I already did. But the one and a quarter turn out should put it back to factory spec, and I should be good?

Flush with housing end works.

Anyone who know how to tune an engine will get it start and tune it to the right setting w/o needing a factory setting. Start with flush settings and it should be able to start with a rich running.

I totally agree, but I've seen very experienced racers throw their hands up in frustration and ask for another racers opinion. It's not rocket science, but sometimes the needles get so outta balance, the engine will run, but not as it should. A fresh glow plug in the proper range should be installed to eliminate that possible issue.
