Questions?? 13.5 blinky gearing help

Just bought a 13.5t Surpass V5R to run in blinky at my local club.

Question is what gearing and motor timing would you guys recommend for this motor?

the longest straight is approx. 37m (120ft)

planning to run in Team C TC10 with internal ratio of 1.9

At present I run an older reds racing motor at 3.96 FDR (75/36) but think this will be too high for a newer motor and don't want to blow it on my 1st run out

I read that these motors like their FDR btw 4.6 and 4.8. Also with 45dg of timing.

depending on sized track you could up the timing to around 40dg as 45 is said to be the sweet spot but going just under should give you an indication of motor temps and motor performance.
