Perhaps the best handling body of all time was the AE TOJ. Rule changes took that dominant body out of vogue Many moons ago in favor of more “current and realistic” looking shells such as the Lotec, the 962 Porsche, Nissan GTP, etc. But these days, when the effort to reintroduce realism has been pretty much abandoned and none of the bodies make much of an attempt to replicate the look of any current real race cars, it makes one wonder if the trusty old TOJ could possibly make a comeback. Those puppies had some serious downforce.

Yes - The TOJ was great IF you had a wing. Most of the bodies really needed them back then. The funny part was that the TOJ was VERY realistic. It was only because it was rather dated that they used that as an excuse to go to the bodies like the LOTEC and Nissan.

What esc/motor are ya'll thinking of using?
I had a Plazma back in the day, was assembling it when the space shuttle blew up. They say you can remember what you were doing when tragedies happen.
I'd like to get the Fantom, wish Kyosho would rerelease one of the vintage 1/8 nitro buggies.
