Offroad tuned pipe for onroad?

Just wondering the performance of using an offroad 21 tuned pipe for onroad? Am looking at the Nova EFRA 9901 to use onroad

The 9901 is in the past well used as an onroad pipe. As you see the the populair 2015 and 2052 used in on- and offroad.
