I get what you are saying but at the same time, how hard is it to just include that info in the manual, when you buy the product? I pre-ordered my 410.2 and went on Teknos site to download the manual. I figured I would see all of the info I needed in there, just like the ET410 (which no one had any experience with being the first truggy of it's kind). But specific info was not listed in the manual or on Teknos site for the 410.2. Yes, you can search for the answer online, which I did but I don't think it is too hard to either include wheels or at least the info, directly from the brand. Not a huge deal, but I think it is a legit complaint. Voicing opinions like this lets the companies know what they can do to be better. Even with this complaint, I still am going to be a loyal customer to the brand, I just agree that they should list specific info like that, to avoid confusion.

When you click on that link it takes you to a page with all sorts of extra info and suggestions for electronics.

Again, that is great but I did not know to look under the resources tab. I looked in the manual, like I did with the ET manual. The ET manual had the info I needed, the EB did not. We are just asking to put the info in plain sight w/o having to search for it, I don't think it is that big of a deal.
ET410 manual:

EB410.2

ET410 manual:

EB410.2

I am speaking for myself but I personally like to research what I am getting into, especially if its new to me. I don't understand why buying it from your LHS makes a difference as opposed to buying it from Amain? I would think it's safe to assume that both you and your LHS has access to the internet, as most businesses do these days. They could simply have been more informative/helpful when you were making your purchase instead of just focusing on making a "sale".
This info is all over the internet if you look for it.

I know the wheel info is all over the internet, thats if you are looking for it, I wasn’t, because I accepted info from LHS, regardless of accurate info or not, I would be in another situation in store if the wheels were not available, in which this would likely have been the the case, because they have EB410.2’s in stock, no wheels, & even if I showed up on to the track Sunday with no wheels, I would have ended up either leaving with AE wheels & carpet tires or no wheels at all, & the shop didn’t even have the +1 offset hub needed, only other option is 90 min away. I don't think anyone especially Tekno RC can be @ fault for this, it can really be just another supply demand issue, seen worse with RC kits, but that was like 30 years ago.
Its like saying it doesn’t help the the RC hobby when drivers clean out a shop of tires & wheels because of a big race, instead of planning ahead & ordering online.
So it really wouldn’t matter if I opened the kit box 2 months or 2 years later the issue is still convoluted, & by Tekno not including specific required wheels for their kit only adds that perfect unnecessary layer of RC wheel scavenger hunt to the hobby. Doesnt matter the hot new ”hypetrain” kit, for me from now on, I’m only buying RC kits that include specific sensible parts, like wheels.

They used to come with yellow wheels but noticed they switched to white lately, which is kind of nice to have the option to dye any color you want

Agreed and they are also one of the cheapest kits that everyone is comparing them too....Tekno not including wheels is probably one of the $ savers that was incorporated into the kit. I am not surprised they do not include wheels in the kits.

I am running 13.5 on carpet & compared with some other 2019-20 4WD buggies I have built & raced, I really think its very good OTB, & I can personally say the best as long as you have the right wheels. Only had a few days, ran again today, still dialed. I don't know about upgrades unless something breaks or isn’t doing what it needs to. I think its already spec worthy.

Yes! Coming from an AE car I looked all over for some good setup info. Didn't really find much and I think the reason is the box setup is really good. I added front +1mm hexes because I run AE wheels. Other than that completely box stock and doing very well with it on high bite clay.
