So I’ve installed my Mugen 4 shoe on to my Novarossi Elite 5 as per the manual states. As well as the parts included in the clutch kit. I will say that I feel like it sits pretty far forward even though there isn’t much of an adjustment front to back. Side play yes. I will attach some pictures for reference. I’ve done everything correct to my knowledge but was just curious when I got to put it on a box and start breaking it in next week, will the starter wheel have any issues making contact?

Depends the starter wheel. Some are thick and others large in diameter which can be an issue. Sometimes you have to be inventive to make it fit like some modifying to the chassis and/or starter wheel.
The best way to see if all is outlined and will fit is to remove the engine and put the car on the box and adjust all notches to center the chassis hole above the starter wheel.
