Cool, what else can you make? An item that I know some of us would want in carbon fiber would be the top deck, just a better material / slightly thicker for both the standard buggy and the truggy.
Heck, if it was possible to get some machined hangers with more insert options would love that.
Also, maybe some carbon lockouts for the slipper?

One thing I'd really love to see is an improved steering rack with some small bearings instead of bushings, or having resort to ditching the bushings and using flat head hex screws to lessen play. Making it out of CF would be awesome. Maybe outside the scope of what you're able to do, but it would be a great hop up.

Anyone running the aluminum hubs front and rear? Worth it? What about the aluminum bellcrank?
Most importantly, I’ll experiment here but I’d like to replace those crappy ball/ rod ends with the screw type like on 1/10++ sized cars. Anyone have a definitive setup? I have Lunsford ti turnbuckles and rpms on my Losi but I also wanted to convert that car over too.

Both sets hold up well. The aluminmum bellcrank seems to help with some slop on the front end for the higher traction we run on.
As for setup, what conditions are you running on?
In general here guys like 7K front and 3K rear or 5K front and 3 or 2K rear with rally style tires we use. This is on carpet.

I'm running all the aluminum and love it. With some shimming to take up slop it is a tighter, more consistent handling car. You might notice a little more slop once you add the aluminum parts, but that can all be addressed. A pack of 4mm and 2.5mm shims comes in super handy with these cars from my experience, which is not a knock on their quality at all. The rear aluminum hubs also eliminated the lopsided toe-in on the left rear side. Easy fix with the pill inserts but the aluminum hubs cures it too.

Tires, diff fluid, shocks and droop will do far more for tuning and traction than a plastic C hub or spindle could in my experience.
Some flex is certainly understandable from a handling perspective, but a lot of this also comes down to personal preferences. I personally prefer stiffer arms and hubs/spindles. On asphalt and higher grip surfaces, the car is much more neutral and consistent feeling too me. Not a huge difference, but it’s there. The stiff arms are actually one of the best hop ups you can get for these cars in my opinion, but anytime you increase the stiffness of these parts, you can expect a less forgiving drive to some extent.
You can also do a simple bearing friction test with the plastic parts and aluminum and see the resistance increase with the plastic parts. Stick an axle through them both and use the same bearings them give them a spin. See what you think.
