Running 20% fuel what head shims should I be running?

one .2mm and one .1mm shim is what they came with from the factory

If it has not any shim under the sleeve like i think since it is not s type model you must have 0.6mm shim on the underhead.
if it has 0.2mm under the sleeve ypu must have 0.4mm on the underhead.
