Trinity Maxzilla d3.5 17.5 kv question
#1
A shop by me has a few of these on clearance for $40, trinity lists them at approx 3500 kV. How accurate is this rating? I am looking for a motor around 3000kv-3500kv. I know they are an older motor and not roar legal which i dont care i wanted to use it fpr a basher

i highly dough a 17.5 high torque motor making 3500kv..id sat under 2500kv...proof here..https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=kC_MQ9IEdEA
this hobby is so full of over exaggerated # on lipo C rates kv in motors even radio response time along with servos true strength and speed..id say a stronger word just don't want to get zipped
fastest radio i have ever used and longest rang was radiopost now gone
hobbico don't pay there bills now others blame no one on list on court documents.
other failed to be on same page suffered 4 it in long run went by slow-vak.

they're not inflated, just different torque ratings... sensored motors have smaller rotors (less magnet) to fit in the same space taken away from the sensor board... under load a sensorless motor will be more powerful.
