In 2007 Orion came out with the CRF .21 motor with this sort of crank machining. The B321, Wasp and the 7 port had these cuts as well. May have been a few more. The on-road motors had this as well.

The CRF RS, does not have these, but instead the rear of the crank has 4 additional ports drilled angled into the Crank Center.

You say two kits, is it buggy/truggy or two buggies? My buggy does not have the ribs, but my 7 port truck does.

Hello guys, I am thinking about buying a Orion engine for my Tekno NB and was wondering if "TEAM ORION CRF 21 3 Ports Factory RS V3 WC Edition" would be a good choice? Also would the Reds 2104 pipe work or what would be recommended?

If you are in the US, no offense I would recommend to stay away from the Orion Motors. Parts and Support are almost nonexistent.

You want a motor, that people are familiar with and can help, and not be frustrated when you have to get service or parts from Switzerland!

Just looking out.

I completely disagree. I'm in the US and been running them for the last 4 years with no issues with parts or support.

I plan on getting one next... Unfortunately I just bought a reds r5r last month and then got interested in Orion after it shipped. So after I use the reds for a bit ill switch to Orion. I can get a way better deal on Orion than reds, so I plan on making the switch.

Horizon Yes. I've run the engines for 3 years before the sponsorship with Orion. I have also received lots of support from the factory and Team Manager in the US before I was sponsored.. They have been very helpful from simple question to parts. As a person that actually use the engines, I have nothing bad to say, even before the sponsorship.

Please let me know if you have any more questions.

Has someone run the Team Orion CRF 21 RS WC Edition? Any experiences with it?
