We were discussing VTA this weekend and have decided for club racing in Vegas to come up with an expanded VTA body list to include European and Japanese bodies to grow the class.
Here's my difficulty what bodies are readily available in the US for purchase?
Car's like the alfa, bmw, porsche, datsun z, etc...

I get EVERYTHING from Ebay or RCmart and it's all from hong kong.
check out the Old School skyline and Datsun 240, and old Toyota bodys from Pandora or ABC hobby on RCMart...those are so cool and I wish I could run the old skyline body in VTA...u guys are lucky if yall can run old-school "non-Merican'" bodies in VTA
I was thinking with some 5 or 6 friends locally to make a spec class built on under 2 litre Trans Am . With simple rules .
1. Chassis older then 4 years old. ( we all have back of the closet chassis, could also be
Newly made chassis of old design like TC4, TT01)
2. Hobbywing spec 25.5 combo (inexpensive)
3. battery 6000. (common)
4. Tires VTA ( or maybe Gravity USGT or Foams TBD)
5.FDR between 3.5 - 4.5
6. realistic paint NO RC related stickers
BEFORE Anyone gets Upset about its another class BS , Its local between freinds
Really just to have fun........

Looks like Tamiya has a 240z and 911... Maybe just call it old school and call it pre 1980 bodies?
Well since the fine folks at 702 spend all the money to provide us a track, it would be nice to have a list of bodies they could sell us... traction sucks racing on the internet.
