I HAVE put CA glue in the thread hole in plastic and then used a needle to swirl it into the existing threads. This can buy you a short time if you plan to take it apart again, or a long time if you leave it alone. Use slow CA and let it dry before you put a screw back in.

In many places you can also drill the hole deeper, or through drill. In that case you use a longer screw, or even through bolt.

Also, when you build new, use a thread forming tap in plastic parts. You do not want a tap that cuts chips.

Hi guys I'm building a 55 chevy and am looking for paint advice...
im looking at doing a traditional 55 two tone paint scheme with maybe pearl white rear.
trying to decide on the front colour thinking a bright blue or orange or green...
any suggestions on paint?
